What makes this lot more special & valuable? It sits almost directly across from the clubhouse with all of its great amenities including a heated swimming pool. It is literally a one minute walk. Most other lots require a vehicle just to get to the clubhouse which features saunas, gym equipment and gathering space with games and TV an outdoor playground and 90 acres of parks. This lot is nicely wooded, level, and will make a great homesite. Members also have private access to 128 acre, 80 foot deep, all-sports Guthrie Lake and also Section One Lake. There are 2 private beaches with kayaks, boats and water toys for member's use. Close to downhill and cross country skiing, many great golf courses and ORV trails. You can look at the rest but this one is definitely the best!
